Visitor Information:

The NYC subway has over 468 stations and 26 subway lines identified by letters or numbers. The Subway serves Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens. Subway fare is $2, payable with MetroCard. People 65 years or older and people with qualifying disabilities who show a proper form of identification (including Reduced-Fare MetroCard or a Medicare card) are eligible for reduced fare.

Hours:
Although the subway operates 24 hours a day, not all station entrances are accessible at all times or have full-time agents
