Visitor Information:

The New York Hall of Science is New York City’s hands-on science and technology center. The Hall features
more than 400 hands-on exhibits. Visit us and explore the wonder and excitement of biology, chemistry and physics.

Hours:
April – June
Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 2 pm
Friday 9:30 am – 5 pm (free 2 – 5 pm)
Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 6 pm (free Sunday 10 – 11 am)

Admission:
General Admission
Adults: (age 18 & over) $11
Children: (2 - 17, college w/ID) $8
Senior Citizens: (age 62 & over) $8
Science Playground fee: $4 per person, $3 for groups, plus general Hall admission fee (free to Family Plus Members and higher). The Science Playground is open to children of all ages with adult supervision, March - December, weather permitting.

Free Admission
Enjoy free admission September through June, on Fridays from 2 – 5 pm and Sundays from 10 – 11 am. Members enjoy free admission to the Hall all year long. The Hall honors members of institutions participating in the ASTC Passport program (benefit 2 adults/4 children) with photo ID and proof of home address within 90 miles of host museum.

Directions:
From Manhattan/Midtown Tunnel
Long Island Expressway eastbound, staying in the right-hand lanes. Exit at 108th Street. Left on 108th Street. Right on 52nd Avenue to 111th Street. Left on 111th Street. Right at 49th Avenue into the New York Hall of Science entrance drive.

7 to 111th St. Walk 3 blocks south.
